Now more than ever we need practices that foster deep connections with each other and enhance our compassion for one another.
In this time of social distancing and isolation, we feel it's imperative to maintain connection to our hearts and one another, and to continue to cultivate community. Social Connection Councils will offer a space for people to be seen and heard, and a facilitated practice for connecting to ourselves and our community through listening and speaking from the heart.
No prior experience is necessary. Come as you are for an opportunity to listen to your heart, speak what is alive in you and connect with others. Facilitators will provide basic instruction on the practice and form of Council, and all will be invited to settle in and to listen, without judgement, to one another and speak from the heart.
